To guarantee accommodating special request please aim to book at least 2 weeks in advance. Events less than one week before scheduled date requires full balance paid during booking. Please note that 50% retainer fee is required at the time of booking. Please be advised that a retainer is a fee that is paid in advance to hold a service, A retainer is non-refundable and is not returned. All balances must be paid 1 week before the event. If you cancel because of weather, or other reason that may be due to Covid its no problem. We ask that you give us a 72 hr notice if possible. We will reschedule for up to 60 days after original picnic date no additional cost. Retainers are non-refundable( If client chooses to cancel, they forfeit all money paid. No exceptions! All locations are confirmed by the client. Please have a Plan B location in mind just in case.
